Речник президента Чехії Їржі Овчачек порівняв ЄС з Третім рейхом, критикуючи рішення блоку щодо харчової безпеки.

Про це повідомляє Європейська правда із псиланням на  Reuters.

Їржі Овчачек виступив з критикою ЄС у справі інгредієнта, який використовується у місцевому алкогольному напої на основі картоплі, що називають "чеським ромом".

Європейський орган з питань безпеки харчових продуктів видав розпорядження щодо поступової заміни інгредієнту, який здатний завдати шкоду людському організму.

"Імперія вирішила, що протекторату не можна пити "Туземак" ("чеський ром")" - заявив Овчачек.

Reuters відзначає, що в чеському контексті "імперією" називають Третій рейх, а "протекторатом" називалася територія Чехословаччини, окупованої нацистською Німеччиною під час Другої світової війни.
