Керівнику апарату Київської міської державної адміністрації оголосили підозру за фактом використання завідомо підробленого документу.

Про це інформує у четвер прес-служба прокуратури міста Києва

Чиновника звинувачують у використанні фальшивого диплому Львівського національного університету імені Івана Франка, та сприянні у виготовленні цього підробленого документу.

У прокуратурі не називають його ім'я, але раніше повідомлялося, що керівник апарату КМДА Володимир Бондаренко має підроблений диплом бакалавра ЛНУ імені Івана Франка, на підставі якого він отримав ступінь спеціаліста в КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка.

Бондаренко відмовився давати свідчення
 

Дії посадової особи, наразі відстороненої від виконання обов’язків, кваліфіковано за ч. 4 ст. 358 та ч. 5 ст. 27, ч. 1 ст. 358 КК України.

Після вручення підозри Бондаренка допитали в статусі підозрюваного, однак від надання показів він відмовився, посилаючись на положення ст. 63 Конституції України.

На даний час досудове розслідування триває, зазначають правоохоронці.
