Офіс федеральної прокуратури Німеччини у Карлсруе починаючи з 2015 року отримав понад тисячу скарг проти канцлерки Ангели Меркель зі звинуваченнями у державній зраді.

Про це повідомляє видання Berliner Morgenpost.

"Було доведено, що всі кримінальні звинувачення проти федерального канцлера не мають під собою підстав" - повідомила речниця прокуратури Фрауке Келер.

Зазначається, що авторами значної частини скарг були прибічники право популістської партії "Альтернатива для Німеччини", які звинувачують Меркель у тому, що вона відкрила двері країни для понад мільйона біженців у минулому та позаминулому роках.

Федеральна прокуратура відповідає за питання, які стосуються безпеки держави на внутрішньому і зовнішньому рівні. Орган зобов’язаний розглядати усі подібні скарги.
