Держдума РФ прийняла в другому читанні пакет змін до виборчого законодавства, за якими вибори президента перенесуть на 18 березня - річницю анексії Криму, пише Главком.

 

Законопроекти також скасовують відкріпні посвідчення, які правозахисники називали одним з основних способів фальсифікацій на виборах.

Пакет законопроектів в березні внесли до Держдуми сенатори Андрій Клішас і Анатолій Широков. Опозиційні фракції підготували кілька десятків поправок, але всі вони були відхилені.

Згідно з поправками, «якщо неділя, на яку повинні бути призначені вибори президента РФ, збігається з днем, що передує неробочому святковому дню, або це неділя припадає на тиждень, що включає неробочий святковий день, або ця неділя в установленому порядку оголошена робочим днем, вибори призначаються на наступну неділю».

У 2018 році це буде 18 березня.
