В Японии группа женщин угрожает «секс-забастовкой» мужчинам, отдавшим свой голос за нового губернатора Токио.

Об этом сообщает Gazeta.ru со ссылкой на британскую The Daily Mail.

Поводом для объявления секс-бойкота послужило сексистское высказывание нового губернатора Токио Ёити Масудзоэ в интервью мужскому журналу.

Бывший министр здравоохранения высказал мнение о том, что женщины не пригодны для работы в правительстве, так как не могут принимать правильных решений в период менструации. Политик полагает, что в такие периоды женщины становятся «иррациональными».

Вместе с тем, несмотря на усилия инициативной группы, в воскресенье Ёити Масудзоэ выиграл губернаторские выборы.

В настоящее время число участников группы в Twitter, объявившей бойкот, превысило три тысячи человек.
