Перше засідання з розгляду апеляції щодо обрання запобіжного заходу Насірову може відбутися у п’ятницю, 10 березня. Про це розповів адвокат відстороненого голови ДФС Романа Насірова Олександр Лисак.
«Ми не розглядаємо необхідність внесення застави. Таке внесення може означати, що ми погодилися з повідомленням про підозру. Апеляційна інстанція буде розглядати справу. Навіщо тоді подавати апеляцію, якщо вносиш заставу», – сказав Лисак, повідомляє«Еспрессо TV».
За його словами, розгляд апеляції щодо обрання запобіжного заходу повинні призначити протягом трьох діб. Подали її адвокати Насірова у вівторок, 7 березня.
«Перше засідання може відбутися у п’ятницю. Повний текст рішення про обрання запобіжного заходу ми отримаємо завтра і нам треба буде доповнювати апеляційну скаргу», - додав адвокат.
