Павел Климкин, глава внешнеполитического ведомства Украины, заявил о том, что во время телефонных переговоров с Петром Порошенко Дональд Трамп смог продемонстрировать, что он хорош знаком с непростой ситуацией на Донбассе.
Как информирует телеканал 1+1, об этом Климкин рассказал в эфире программы «Право на власть». По его словам, Петр Порошенко уже дважды общался с президентом Соединенных Штатов, однако во время первого телефонного разговора состоялось только знакомства глав двух стран. Климкин подчеркнул, что при первом разговоре Трамп только интересовался тем, что происходит на востоке Украины, и, по мнению Климкина, даже тогда состоялся хороший обмен мнениями.
Во время второй беседы, которая была более глубокой по содержанию, главы двух государств стали сразу обсуждать важные темы – сначала поприветствовали друг друга, после чего сразу перешли к сути. Напомним, что ранее был анонсирован визит Петра Порошенко в США в самое ближайшее время. Павел Климкин займется подготовкой встречи Порошенко и Трампа
