Журналіста Пола Ларатору (Paul Larrouturou) з телеканалу TF1 вивели з прес-конференції після того, як він запитав лідерку французької партії «Національний фронт» Марін Ле Пен про витрату коштів з фонду ЄС.
 

Пол Ларатору прибув на конференцію в Парижі разом зі знімальною групою французького телеканалу TF1, пише Media Sapiens з посиланням на The Guardian. Журналіст спробував взяти у пані Ле Пен коментар щодо заяв про те, що вона використовувала кошти Європейського парламенту аби виплачувати заробітну плату співробітникам своєї політичної партії. Двоє охоронців вивели журналіста за двері, в той час як оператор зняв інцидент на відео.

«Я акредитований тут; ви не можете заборонити мені поставити питання мадам Ле Пен», - цитує The Guardian журналіста. Один з охоронців відповів: «Ви погрожували співробітнику поліції».

Приватна охоронна компанія, яка відповідала за безпеку на конференції, потім прокоментувала подію: «Два співробітника поліції попросили нас вивести двох осіб, які поводили себе провокаційно. Було багато штовханини». Представник «Національного фронту» заявив, що партія не несе відповідальності за те, що журналіста вивели з прес-конференції і звинуватив місцевих співробітників безпеки в рукоприкладстві щодо репортера.

Пол Ларатору повідомив, що співробітники служби безпеки діяли за наказом команди охорони «Національного фронту». Партія в свою чергу це заперечує.

Раніше французька ультраправа політик Марін Ле Пен стала героїнею карикатури сатиричного журналу Charlie Hebdo. Її зобразили серед палких прихильників президента РФ Володимира Путіна.
