Російський суд заборонив сайт з іспанської продукцією.

Таке рішення виніс Ульянівський районний суд Ульянівської області РФ за позовом місцевого прокурора, передає Українська правда

Сайт продавав хамон, палети, ковбаси, сири та іншу заборонену в РФ продукцію.

Як зазначено у рішенні суду, обмеження доступу до інформації можливо "в цілях захисту основ конституційного ладу, моральності, здоров'я, прав і законних інтересів інших осіб, забезпечення оборони країни і безпеки держави".

 
 
 

"Визнати інформацію, що міститься в інформаційно-телекомунікаційній мережі "Інтернет" на сайті http://www.jamonshop.es інформації, забороненої до поширення на території Російської Федерації", - сказано в рішенні суду. Далі сайт буде заблокований містить як інформацію, поширення якої в Російській Федерації заборонено.
