У Росії тюменського блогера Олексія Кунгурова засудили до двох років колонії-поселення за пост у «Живому журналі» з критикою російської військової операції у Сирії.

Про це повідомляє Радіо Свобода.

Тюменський обласний суд 20 грудня визнав Кунгурова винним за статтею «виправдання тероризму». Суд проходив у закритому режимі.

Олексія Кунгурова заарештували у червні цього року. Справу проти нього вела російська ФСБ, яка побачила у постах блогера, присвячених російській участі у сирійській війні, схвалення діяльності угруповання ISIS.

Правозахисний центр «Сова», проаналізувавши пост Кунгурова, визнав, що у тексті немає порушень закону. «Меморіал» вніс російського блогера до списку політичних в’язнів.

Нагадуємо, що громадянку РФ Катерину Вологженінову, яку було засуджено до 320 годин виправних робіт за пости в соцмережах, включили до «Переліку терористів і екстремістів» Росфінмоніторингу.

Також кілька днів тому у пункті пропуску «Нові Яриловичі» Чернігівської області блогер з РФ попросив про надання йому статусу біженця в Україні.
