Прокуратура АР Крым открыла уголовное производство в отношении Booking.com «за торговлю украденным», и доступ к сайту может быть заблокированным на территории Украины. Об этом на своей странице в Facebook сообщил народный депутат Григорий Логвинский.

«Голландская компания Booking.com … активно сотрудничает с бандитской властью самозванцев, но и открыто рекламирует, совершает сделки и продаёт проживание в украденных у Украины санаториях и гостиницах Крыма. Наглость доходит до того, что продает путевки даже в «отжатые» у Верховной Рады и Администрации Президента санатории, воруя деньги фактически у высших органов власти Украины. Соответственно является соучастником преступления по ст. 332-1, 191 УК Украины», – написал Логвинский.

По его словам, доступ к сайту необходимо ограничить как минимум до прекращения такой преступной деятельности.

«Более того, Booking.com должны возместить Украине все незаконно полученные средства! А как соучастник преступления может понести и более серьезную ответственность – в плоть до полной компенсации ущерба от аннексии нашего имущества», – заявил депутат.

Логвинский также выразил надежду, что «высокоразвитая Голландия, считающая Украину не достойной быть членом ЕС, не сможет не заметить бревно в своём глазу и тоже привлечёт к ответственности нарушителя национального и международного законодательства».

Напомним, Booking.com существует с 2005 года и принадлежит американскому холдингу Priceline, который также контролирует аналогичные системы Kayak и Agoda.com. Booking.com предлагает размещение более чем в 700 тыс. отелей в 200 странах.
