Президент Філіппін Родріго Дутерте заявив, що особисто вбивав підозрюваних, коли був мером міста Давао. Про це він розповів, говорячи про те, що поліція вбиває підозрюваних у ході боротьби з наркодилерами, повідомляє Кореспондент

 
"У Давао я робив це особисто. Просто, аби показати поліції, що, якщо я можуть зробити це, то чому вони не зможуть", - заявив Дутерте.
 
Він додав, що особисто патрулював вулиці на мотоциклі і шукав сутички, щоб убити кого-небудь.
 
Дутерте наголосив, що не збирається припиняти розпочату ним кампанію щодо боротьби з наркоторгівлею.
