У прем'єрній серії 22 сезону Ліза Сімпсон, Мілгаус, Марті і школяр на прізвисько База даних дивляться трансляцію оголошення лауреатів Нобелівської премії.

Зазначимо, що "Сімпсони" славляться своїми прогнозами. Так, в серії "Чарівник вічнозеленої Америки" Гомер Сімпсон майже безпомилково визначив масу бозона Хіггса.
