Радник президента України Олег Медведєв прокоментував звинувачення на адресу одного з харківських ресторанів мережі швидкого харчування McDdonald's у нехтуванні українською мовою. Він висловив свою думку на цей рахунок у себе у Facebook.

"Клієнт завжди правий, і з ним треба говорити його мовою, тим більше коли йдеться про українську в Україні", - пише радник.

На думку Медведєва, витівка харківського ресторану суперечить мовній політиці Мс в Україні, а тому українське представництво мережі має втрутитися в цей конфлікт.

Звинувачення на адресу McDonald's висунула волонтер Марина Хаперська, яка заявила про те, що співробітники одного з ресторанів мережі швидкого харчування відмовилися обслуговувати її українською мовою, а також що не знайшла розуміння в менеджерів. Про це вона розповіла на своїй сторінці в Facebook.

«Працівники відмовляються обслуговувати українською мовою відвідувачів, ігноруючи статтю 10 Конституції України та статті 4 закону України «Про захист прав споживачів», згідно з яким громадяни мають право на отримання доступної інформації. В моєму випадку доступна інформація може бути тільки державною мовою, тому що мовами нацменшин я володію погано», - написала Хаперська.
