Профильная комиссия Киеврады рассмотрела проект изменений в Концепцию размещения наружной рекламы в столице. Так, территорию города планируется разделить на 5 форматных зон с отдельным режимом размещения объектов наружной рекламы в каждой, пишет Сегодня

Так, в нулевой форматной зоне предлагается запретить размещение любых объектов наружной рекламы. Такой зоной будут исторические места, скверы, парки, перекрестки и транспортные развязки. Максимальный размер рекламного поля – 75 м. кв. допускается в четвертых зоне, куда будут входить магистральные улицы, проспекты, шоссе за пределами центральной части города.

"Концепция уточнять разрешены и запрещены форматы конструкций и их размеры, схемы размещения рекламы на территории города. Особое внимание будет уделено безопасности пешеходов, ведь рекламные конструкции не должны препятствовать пешеходному движению. Также работаем над тем, чтобы рекламные растяжки и холдеры вообще были запрещены ", – говорит председатель профильной комиссии Алексей Окопный.

В наработанной концепции также предусмотрено, что расстояние между сити-лайты будет не меньше, чем 40 метров, а между билбордами – 150 метров.
Внимание уделят и медиафасадам – такая реклама не должна ослеплять людей не работать ночью, в частности – с 22:00 до 7:00.

Окончательный вариант концепции размещения рекламы должны представить в ближайшее время.
