Главным управлением Национальной полиции в Киеве открыто уголовное производство по факту угроз журналистке издания Новое Время Кристине Бердинских.

"Следственным отделом Подольского управления полиции начато уголовное производство по статье 345-1 (Угроза или насилие в отношении журналиста) Уголовного кодекса Украины. Санкция статьи предусматривает до трех лет лишения свободы", - сообщили в Нацполиции.

При этом отмечается, что в рамках досудебного расследования правоохранители уже провели ряд первоочередных следственных действий.

"Расследованием уголовного производства будет заниматься полиция Оболонского райуправления полиции, поскольку происшествие случилось именно в этом районе столицы", - добавили правоохранители.

Кристина Бердинских по этому поводу написала на своей странице в Facebook: "Я по крупицам собираю информацию и сделаю все, чтобы максимально помочь полиции с расследованием. Главное, чтобы она этого тоже хотела".

Напомним, 12 февраля журналистка Нового Времени Кристина Бердинских получила СМС с угрозами расправы.

Сообщение могло быть связано с ее профессиональной деятельностью.

В журнале Новое Время №2 от 22 января 2016 года вышел большой материал Кристины Бердинских о бизнесе экс-регионала Юрия Бойко. В статье упоминается и компания Киевгаз, которой руководит зять главы Оппозиционного блока Сергей Горовой.

"По крупицам собираю информацию и сделаю все, чтобы максимально помочь полиции с расследованием. Главное, чтобы она этого тоже хотела",  - написала журналистка на свой сторанице в Фейсбук
