Президент США Барак Обама в интервью телеканалу CBS заявил, что доволен тем, как он выполнил свои предвыборные обещания за время президентства.

По словам главы государства, у него есть список того, что он обещал сделать, с которым он сверяется «время от времени».

«Я осуществил многие из них, я добился прогресса практически по всем из них. Я доволен, что смогло совпасть то, чего я хотел добиться, с тем, чего я добился», — сказал Обама.

Он также отметил, что сожалеет о том, что не смог хотя бы немного снизить ту «озлобленность, которая существует здесь, в Вашингтоне».

«Надеюсь, что теперь, когда я не в избирательных бюллетенях, я смогу поспособствовать тому, чтобы люди на какое-то время отступили, и сказать им, что мы все в одной команде», — добавил Обама.
