17 грудня Окружний адміністративний суд м. Києва розглянув дві справи за позовом до Національної ради низки компаній, що мовлять із логотипом «112 Україна». Щодо обох справ заявникам було відмовлено в задоволенні позовних вимог.
Зокрема, розглядалися справа № 826/2810/15 за позовом ТОВ „ТВ Вибір”, ТОВ „Лідер ТВ”, ТОВ „Аріадна ТВ”, ТОВ „Новий формат ТВ”, „Партнер ТВ”, ТОВ „ТРК „112” про визнання протиправними і скасування рішень Національної ради від 21.08.2014 №№ 747 - 752 і від 18.02.2015 № 227, якими до позивачів застосовано санкцію «оголошення попередження»; і справа № 826/3055/15 за позовом ТОВ „ТВ Вибір”, ТОВ „Лідер ТВ”, ТОВ „Аріадна ТВ”, ТОВ „Новий формат ТВ”, „Партнер ТВ” про визнання протиправними і скасування рішень від 12.02.2015 №№ 138 - 142 про призначення компаніям позапланових перевірок.
Рішенням суду визнано правомірними рішення Національної ради щодо призначення позапланової перевірки та застосування санкції «оголошення попередження».
