На «Аллее Победы» среди обычных деревьев «выросло» совсем необычное дерево из «металла войны». Скульптурная композиция выполнена из находок, поднятых из земли в местах массовой гибели солдат в годы Великой Отечественной войны поисковыми отрядами. 

Дерево "украшают" мины, которые как-бы выпускает дерево. Почему это дерево назвали «Деревом Памяти» - неизвестно

Установка приурочена к 70-летию Великой Победы и 74-й годовщине первого освобождения Ростова-на-Дону.
