Під час підрахунку голосів на виборчій дільниці № 531234 у Полтаві з боку голови дільничної комісії зафіксовані ганебні дії. Коли висипали з урн заповнені виборцями бюлетені, спостерігачі «Солідарності» помітили, що в одній із переносних урн був відсутній контрольний талон, а в іншій (великій стаціонарній) скриньці контрольний талон хоч і був,але на ньому не було відтиску печатки. Якщо голоси з переносної урни комісія вирішила не враховувати, то вміст стаціонарної, не зважаючи на порушення, почали рахувати. Коли ж представник Полтавської територіальної організації партії «Солідарність»-Блок Петра Порошенка» Богдан Василюк взявся складати акт про порушення, на талоні печатка з’явилася.

«Ми зробили зауваження голові дільничної комісії, але він нас виштовхав, сказав, щовикличе представників СБУ тапрокуратури, бо начебтоспостерігачі заважаютьроботі. Потім голова зник взагалі. Комісія просто сидить і чекає голову», – обурюється  Богдан Василюк.
