Немецкий издательский концерн Axel Springer намерен свернуть свою деятельность в России и, по неподтвержденным пока данным, продать бизнес российскому издателю, передает немецкий медиапортал Kress.de, пишет РБК.

Сообщается, что российский издатель Александр Федотов намерен выкупить 80% подразделения Axel Springer в РФ, а еще 20% берлинский концерн планирует продать генеральному директору Axel Springer Russia Регине фон Флемминг.

Сделка находится в финальной стадии и будет реализована в ближайшее время.
