У штаті Північна Кароліна вхід в християнську церкву Wedgewood Church пофарбували у веселкові кольори ЛГБТ-прапора. Це було зроблено для того, щоб приховати зроблені вандалами написи, що ображають представників секс-меншин, пише Корреспондент

Спочатку на дверях церкви був знак з написом LGBT Equality ("ЛГБТ-рівність"), але потім невідомі замазали його і залишили нецензурний напис про геїв. З дозволу церкви парафіяни перефарбували зіпсований слоган в райдужні смужки.

Як відзначає видання, Wedgewood Church є прихильною до геїв організацією. Зараз прихід розглядає можливість розміщення нового слогана над входом, ним може стати фраза "Ми вас прощаємо".
