Свободная энциклопедия Википедия троллит российские власти за блокирования ее ресурса

На сайте появилась статья "Википедия:Что делать, если Википедия заблокирована", в которой описано как пользователи могут обойти такой запрет

PRпортал напомнит, Роскомнадзор направил интернет-провайдерам требование заблокировать одну из статей "Википедии", содержащий информацию о наркотиках.

Как известно, "Википедия" работает по защищенному протоколу https. Роскомнадзор ранее отмечал, что из-за этого провайдеры не смогут блокировать только одну страницу и будут вынуждены закрыть доступ к "Википедии".

Действия по перемещению указанной статьи на другую URL-адрес, сделанные ранее администрацией российского сегмента интернет-энциклопедии, не ущемили доступ пользователей к информации, признанной судом запрещенной.

В решении Черноярского суда Астраханской области говорится, что статья о Чарас содержит инструкцию об изготовлении, состав и дозировке наркотического вещества.

О решении суда Роскомнадзор сообщил 20 августа. Ведомство несколько раз предупредило об угрозе блокирования, попросив администрацию "Википедии" удалить запрещенную информацию.

Представители "Википедии" утверждали, что статья написана по авторитетными источниками, в том числе сайта ООН.

22 августа участники "Википедии" изменили адрес статьи, поскольку у слова "Чарас" оказалось несколько значений.
