Заключенная экс-премьер-министр Украины Юлия Тимошенко стала символом политических репрессий для западного мира.

Об этом в эфире Ukrlife.tv заявил директор компании Berta Communications, политический технолог Тарас Березовец, - сообщает Gazeta.ua

Эксперт сравнил Тимошенко с другими известными диссидентами Манделой и Солженицыным.

Тимошенко — совершенно без преувеличения, символ политических репрессий, которым в свое время были, например, Нельсон Мандела или Александр Солженицын», — отметил политтехнолог.

Поэтому, по его словам, дело Тимошенко вышло за пределы Украины и касается многих европейских политиков.

Это уже не вопрос украинской власти. Есть вопрос ответственности политиков Европейского Союза перед своими избирателями, таких, как Ангела Меркель, которая фактически поклялась без решения дела Тимошенко не принимать никаких положительных решений относительно Украины», — подчеркнул Березовец.

Также он напомнил, что если западные политики, в отличие от украинских, не выполняют своих обещаний, они добровольно слагают свои полномочия и уходят в отставку.
