39,1% украинцев считают пропорциональную систему с открытыми списками самой лучшей для выборов местного самоуправления.

Об этом свидетельствуют результаты опроса, переданные Центром Разумкова и представленные в четверг во время круглого стола "Конституционный процесс в Украине: ответ на новые вызовы или повторение старых ошибок?". Об этом сообщает Укринформ.

Таким образом, 21,3% опрошенных считают самой лучшей для местных выборов мажоритарную систему, 12,5% - смешанную с закрытыми списками, 4,5% - пропорциональную систему по закрытым партийным спискам, 0,3% предложили свои варианты и 22,4% опрошенных не смогли ответить.

Кроме того, на вопрос о том, какая система выборов будет лучшей для выборов в Верховную Раду, 41,1% назвали пропорциональную по открытым партийным спискам, 17,4% опрошенных считают, что мажоритарная, 13,7% - за смешанную с закрытыми списками (которая существует сейчас), 4,2% - пропорциональная система по закрытым партийным спискам, 0,4% предложили свой вариант и 23,1% не смогли ответить.

Исследование было проведено 22-27 мая 2015 года во всех областях, кроме Крыма и оккупированных территорий Донецкой и Луганской областей. Было опрошено 2007 респондентов в возрасте старше 18 лет. Теоретическая погрешность выборки не превышает 2,3% с вероятностью 0,95.
