Керівництво «Жовтня» залучає доброчинні кошти для оновлення кінотеатру. Про це під час прес-конференції щодо 45-го Київського міжнародного кінофестивалю «Молодість» розповіла директор «Жовтня» Людмила Горделадзе, пише Телекритика

Як повідомила пані Горделадзе, імена благодійників будуть зазначені на табличках на кріслах кінотеатру. Така можливість є для фізичних і юридичних осіб за умови сплати трьох тисяч гривень і чотирьох відповідно. Для табличок у крісла VIP-зони внесок становить 12,5 тисяч гривень.

Благодійників запросять на відкриття відновленого кінотеатру й нададуть дисконтну картку річної дії.

Таким чином у «Жовтні» сподіваються зібрати частину коштів для придбання цифрових DCP-проекторів та комплектів звукової апаратури Dolby для залів «Гегемон» і «Кіноман» (160 тисяч доларів) та втрановити нові крісла для цих кінозалів.

Зал «Гегемон» налічує 400 місць, а зал «Кіноман» - 200.
