Верховна Рада прийняла за основу законопроект №2831-3 про місцеві вибори.

За відповідне рішення проголосували 271 народний депутат,повідомляє Українська правда

Крім того, депутати 242 голосами підтримали підготовку цього законопроекту до другого читання за скороченою процедурою.

Перед обговоренням, перший заступник голови Верховної Ради Андрій Парубій заявив про необхідність змінити законодавство про місцеві вибори і схему, "яку запровадив Янукович для узурпації влади".

Як відомо, комітет Верховної Ради з питань правової політики і правосуддя передав на розгляд парламенту всі чотири зареєстрованих законопроекту про місцеві вибори.

"Беручи до уваги висновок Конституційного суду, комітет вирішив запропонувати парламенту визначитися на користь того законопроекту, який вважає за доцільне", - сказав голова комітету Руслан Князевич.

У ході обговорення народний депутат Андрій Соболєв, який разом із Юлією Тимошенко виступив одним із авторів законопроекту 2831, заявив, що фракція "Батьківщина" знімає свій законопроект на користь законопроекту 2831-3.

Фракція "Самопоміч" виступала за прийняття законопроекту 2831-2.  

За словами народного депутата від БПП Світлани Заліщук, найбільше відповідає коаліційній угоді законопроект №2831-2.  

Сигнальне голосування засвідчило найбільшу підтримку законопроекту 2831-3 за авторства групи народних депутатів на чолі із депутатом Вадимом Денисенком.

Тож, депутати вирішили підтримати саме його.
