Мер Києва Віталій Кличко підтвердив, що він готовий іти на вибори міського голови, якщо Верховна Рада призначить місцеві вибори в столиці. Про це повідомляє його прес-служба.

"Якщо Верховна Рада оголосить про проведення місцевих виборів у Києві, я готовий взяти у них участь", - підкреслив Кличко.

Також міський голова столиці наголосив на важливості децентралізації влади та передачі повноважень органам місцевої влади.

"Ми багато говоримо про децентралізацію, наділення більшими повноваженнями та правами місцевих органів влади, але хотілося б втілення цього на практиці. Наприклад, ми не впливаємо на формування тарифів, нам їх спускають згори", - сказав Кличко.

Він також зауважив, що важливою також є і бюджетна децентралізація.

"З бюджетів інших міст вилучають 40%, а у Києва, столиці, забирають 60% ПДФО, а потім мер ходить і просить дати кошти на ті чи інші проекти", - зазначив Кличко.
