Обраний депутатом від "Самопомочі"Андрій Немировський не мав права складати присягу народного депутата.

Це в коментарі "Українській правді" зазначив керівник відділу взаємодії зі ЗМІ ЦВК Костянтин Хівренко.

"Згідно з законом він не мав цього робити", - зазначив він.

"За великим рахунком це проблема не ЦВК, а Верховної Ради. Станом на вчорашній день він не зареєстрований. За великим рахунком він не мав права виходити на трибуну і приймати присягу", - пояснив речник ЦВК.

"Він мав це зробити як і Чубаров після того, як ЦВК не тільки визнала його обраним, але й зареєструвала. Ми, ЦВК, згідно з законом, будемо очікувати від пана Немировського протягом 20 днів документи, які він має подати, і після їх отримання комісія буде приймати рішення щодо його реєстрації", - пояснив Хівренко.

Як повідомлялося, ЦВК визнала Немировського обраним депутатом ВР, але не зареєструвала його.
