Україна не використовує фактор інновацій у протистоянні з Росією. І відбувається це через відсутність компетенції в органах влади. Про це в ефірі програми «Молодь плюс» заявив бізнесмен, громадський діяч і виконавчий директор «Борщ Foundation» (благодійного фонду для військових стартапів) Ілля Кенігштейн.

«Фактор інновацій застосовується в останню чергу, і зовсім не Міністерством оборони чи генералами, які відправляють величезну кількість людей інколи на вірну смерть»,− каже він. 

За словами Кенігштейна, талановитих українських програмістів часто «використовують не за призначенням, відправляючи рити траншеї», коли вони могли б принести країні значно більше користі своїми знаннями.

 

«Україна в кібервійні не те що програє, вона просто не бере участі. «Кібервіська» зараз не є якоюсь серйозною структурою. А американське NSA (агентство національної безпеки − ред.), ізраїльска 8-200 (підрозділ радіоелектронної розвідки - ред.) − це серйозні підрозділи всередині сучасної армії. А кібервійна, на відміну від наземної війни, не має ні початку, ні кінця. Вона буде продовжуватися навіть після того. як буде завершена війна в зоні бойових дій на сході»,− сказав Кенігштейн.
