Печерский райсуд Киева принудил лидера Батьківщини Арсения Яценюка опровергнуть информацию причастности к провокациям на митинге 18 мая в столице секретаря Совета национальной безопасности и обороны Андрея Клюева, сообщает  Интерфакс-Украина

"Существуют все правовые основания для удовлетворения нашего искового заявления. Мы просим признать недостоверной и такой, что унижает честь и достоинства и наносит вред деловой репутации истца, которая была распространена Яценюком Арсением Петровичем относительно того, что секретарем СНБО Клюевым Андреем Петровичем была организована провокация, результатом которой стало столкновение граждан в городе Киеве во время акции оппозиции 18 мая 2013 года", - заявила представитель секретаря СНБО.

Согласно решению суда, оппозиционный лидер обязан опровергнуть эту информацию на ближайшем заседании Верховной Рады. Напомним, что Яценюк заявил о причастности Клюева к организации провокаций на митинге еще 21 мая на заседании парламента.

Адвокат оппозиционера заявила, что не согласна с иском обвинителей, так как он по должности обязан контролировать органы исполнительной власти и заниматься процессами обороны в мирное время. В ответ на это Просянюк, представитель Клюева, предложила Яценюку зачитать следующий текст: "Мною, Яценюком Арсением Петровичем, 21 мая 2013 года была распространена неправдивая информация, касающаяся причастности секретаря СНБО Клюева Андрея Петровича к организации провокаций, последствием которых стало столкновение граждан 18 мая 2013 года в Киеве во время акции оппозиции… Предоставленная информация не соответствует действительности…".

Как сообщалось 6 августа, обвиняемый в нападении на журналистов Ольгу Сницарчук и Влада Соделя 18 мая в Киеве Михаил Пшук признал свою вину.

Напомним, Шевченковский районный суд продолжил рассмотрение по делу о событиях 18 мая. Однако буквально сразу после начала заседания, судья перенесла его на пятницу, 9 августа.
