Спикер Верховной Рады Владимир Рыбак едва ли не впервые внедрил в парламенте систему «штрафных санкций».

В частности, за неподобающее поведение он лишил на сегодняшний день права голоса депутата от ВО «Свобода» Игоря Мирошниченко, сообщает корреспондент ГолосUA.

«Вы свистели в зале и вы не на митинге. Не забывайте. Сегодня я лишаю вас права реплики», - заявил В. Рыбак из президиума ВР.

Свистеть, конечно, примета не очень (и воспитание тоже). Тем не менее, драться (как это делают все), приходить в Раду с водкой (как это делает Томенко) и ругаться матом с трибуны (коммунистам - привет цвета пролетарского знамени) - тоже, как бы, не комильфо. В общем, цитируя изречение самого Рыбака в самой же Раде: "Кому слово? Й*б твою мать!".
