Прокуратура Львівщини виявила масштабне порушення: замість дітей-сиріт, пільговиків та талановитих школярів до "Артеку" і "Молодої гвардії" їздили мажори із забезпечених родин, повідомляє ЗІК.

Деякі мажори змогли відпочити двічі. Перевірка у Червонограді виявила, що одна дитина побувала спочатку в "Артеку", а потім - в "Молодій гвардії". Кожна путівка до згаданих таборів вартує державі 5 тис. грн. "За цими путівками насамперед мали їхати діти-сироти, позбавлені батьківського піклування, діти, які потребують медичного лікування згідно медичних показань, переможці різноманітних конкурсів, олімпіад",  - пояснює начальник відділу прав та свобод дітей прокуратури Львівської області Ярослав Шокало.

Частими є випадки, коли путівки видають органи місцевого самоврядування за підробленими довідками про інвалідність чи потребу лікування.
