С недавних пор Путина начали упоминать и модные издания. Немецкий дом моды Runhof Talbot решил сделать его центральной фигурой своей коллекции Осень-Зима 2015.

Для посетителей Недели моды в Париже стало полной неожиданностью появление на подиуме моделей в одежде с изображением президента России. На каждом из эффектных принтов Владимир Путин изображен вместе с символом одного из четырех главных городов в мире моды: Парижа, Нью-Йорка, Лондона и Милана. Завершает композицию надпись: "Посетите этот город, прежде чем это сделает он".

Как рассказали авторы коллекции, таким образом им хотелось показать свое отношение к недавним событиям, связанным с присоединением Крыма к России. Модельеры рассчитывают, что в России, как и во всем мире, коллекция одежды с изображением Путина будет иметь огромный успех.
