Служба Безпеки України отримала команду з Офісу Президента знайти і встановити особу людини, яка стоїть за телеграм-каналом Джокер, на якому розміщуються скріни листувань з депутатами Верховної Ради ніби то, від імені Генпрокурора Руслана Рябошапки.

Займатися пошуками доручено Департаменту оперативно - технічних заходів СБУ (ДОТЗ), який задіяв стаціонарні кластерні комплекси дешифрування трафіку, отриманого від перехоплення сигналу мобільних телефонів, ці комплекси здатні не тільки розшифровувати повідомлення месенджера WhatsApp, в якому велося листування з депутатами від «Слуги народу», а й встановити всі необхідні технічні дані: ідентифікатор мобільного пристрою відправника, цифровий слід сім-карти - реєстрація в базових станціях мобільних операторів.

Технічно можливо все: відстеживши цифровий слід сім-карти, її знаходження в радіусах роботи базових станцій, можна встановити місце розташування пристрою, знаючи ідентифікатор мобільного пристрою можна простежити його рух від виробника до кінцевого покупця, можна навіть отримати архіви протоколів з'єднань передачі даних, що в сукупності потенційно може вивести на коло осіб, які можуть бути пов'язані з акаунтом WhatsApp, який від імені Генпрокурора Рябошапки спілкувався з депутатами.

Телеграм-канал Джокер, в якому були опубліковані скріни цих листувань, з високою часткою ймовірності апаратно не пов'язаний з месенджером WhatsApp на пристрої, з якого велося листування.

Вибір на користь Telegram, в порівнянні наприклад з Facebook, Джокером цілком очевидний, а виходячи з усього вищевикладеного можна зробити висновок: пошуки Джокера не приведуть до результату, і цілий департамент спеціальної служби, замість того, щоб займатися забезпеченням безпеки держави, працює на «хатєлки ОП»
