Lifetime Value — це «пожиттєва вартість клієнта». Простіше кажучи, скільки прибутку принесе бізнесу один клієнт за весь час співпраці.

Багато бізнесів вважаєт цю метрику однією з ключових в успіху бізнесу. Цей показник визначає зусилля щодо утримання клієнтів. Оскільки утримання існуючого клієнта по деяким статистикам в 5-25 разів дешевше, ніж залучення нового.

На LTV впливають ті ж показники, що і на повторні продажі:
• досвід першої покупки чи отримання послуги;
• збереження подальшого контакту з клієнтом, перебування в єдиному інфополі з ним;
• наявність програм лояльності для повторних покупок;
• досвід подальших покупок.

Як розрахувати LTV
Існує кілька способів обчислення LTV. Щоб все було зрозуміло, дотримуйтеся найпростішої формули:

Середня вартість замовлення ✖️ частота покупок ✖️ тривалість життя клієнта

Рекомендуємо дивитися на метрику не тільки як на середнє значення, а й за сегментами. Не кожен клієнт, який прийшов з реклами, стає покупцем. Та й не всяка реклама однаково добре працює.

Можна розділити клієнтів за частотою цільових дій і розібратися в чому відмінність тих, хто купує рідше. Зробити когорту не за загальною кількістю тих, хто прийшов, а дивитися за типами бізнесу чи його напрямками.
