Украинцы стали больше получать информации из новостных лент онлайн-медиа и социальных сетей, но "влиятельность" телевизора пока что почти вдвое больше. Согласно исследованию Lviv Media Forum, основным источником новостей в Украине остается телевидение. Ежедневно информацию с телеэкранов потребляет почти 90% аудитории. 

Согласно исследованию, в котором приняли участие 2 000 респондентов методом прямого интервью во всех регионах Украины, кроме Крыма, Луганской и Донецкой областей, самой популярной информационной программой среди украинцев стала ТСН на 1+1 - ее назвала любимой почти половина опрошенных. Более трети опрошенных выбирают Подробности на канале Интер. 

Вторым по популярности источником новостной информации являются онлайн-медиа. Интернет-ресурсами интересуются более половины опрошенных. Однако на новостные сайты украинцы в основном переходят из российских соцсетей ВКонтакте и Одноклассники. 

Более трети аудитории продолжает читать печатную прессу, отдавая предпочтение региональным изданиям. Согласно исследованию, респонденты назвали 116 региональных печатных газет и журналов и только 38 общенациональных. 

Реже новости слушают по радио. Чтобы получить свежую информацию, приемники включают четверть украинцев. Наибольшей популярностью пользуются Хит FM, Эра FM и Наше радио.
