Власть не намерена добиваться запрета мессенджера Telegram в Украине, поскольку каналы лопнут как в России.

Об этом в интервью "Фокус" заявил нардеп от партии "Слуга народа" Никита Потураев, передает "ДС".

По его словам, закрывать телеграм-каналы не собираются.

"Во-первых, они сами скоро лопнут, как лопнули российские. Мода пришла - мода уйдет. Это как производство джина в Великобритании в XVIII веке. Тогда было много шума из-за того, что нация спивается и вот-вот сопьется окончательно. А потом спиртное социализировали. Так же будет с телеграм-каналами. В конце концов они социализируются. Либо будут производить качественный контент, либо заглохнут. Не пойдем же мы в украинские суды требовать, чтобы провайдеры заблокировали "Телеграм". Это просто глупо", - отметил Потураев.

Он заявил, что когда закон "О медиа" примут, государство напишет письмо братьям Дуровым в Лондон и попросит их показать, кто у телеграм-каналов бенефициар.

"Нам ведь неважно, кто пишет тексты. Важно, кто деньги дает. Дуровы нам скажут: "Нет, мы не хотим вам помогать" или проигнорируют нас. Тогда наш представитель поедет в Великобританию и обратится в Высокий суд Лондона с просьбой принудить "Телеграм" выполнить требования украинского законодательства. Вот и все. А дальше пусть работают - никаких проблем", - добавил Потураев.
