Глава Чечні Рамзан Кадиров заявив, що погрози вбивством і залякування є частиною "чеченської етики"
 

Про це повідомляє "Кавказский узел".

Перед цим Кадиров закликав вбивати, садити і залякувати користувачів інтернету, які "ображають чиюсь честь".

Тепер глава Чечні стверджує, що він говорив ці фрази розсердившись, а їх нібито "спробували перекрутити".

"Коли ти скажеш щось, розсердившись, намагаються перекрутити. За нашою етики, по адат вийшло: "Я тебе поб'ю, я тебе вб'ю, я тобі вирву" ... Коли ти говориш, роблять прямий переклад ... "Ось бачите: Кадиров то та се" .. Я і своїм дітям кажу (таке) ... У нашому лексиконі це є. Завжди було - залякувати, лаяти", - сказав він.
