Депутат Миколаївської міської ради від фракції ОПЗЖ Руслан Москаленко відмовився переходити на українську мову в ході засідання постійної депутатської комісії з соціально-гуманітарних питань.

Про це пишуть "Никвести".

Як зазначається, голова комісії Ганна Норд попросила депутата говорити державною мовою, нагадавши про дію відповідного закону. Видання наводить діалог, який стався між ними.

Норд - Прошу українською мовою.

Москаленко - Чому?

Н. - Ми знаходимося в будівлі міської ради. Як ми можемо говорити російською мовою?

М. - Це мені забороняє?

Н. - В Україні набув чинності закон.

М. - Навіщо ви ставите якісь політичні питання?

Н. - Я вважаю, що зараз ми тут представляємо державу Україна. Маємо говорити українською мовою.

М. - Я радий, що Ви так вважаєте. Вам треба питання вирішувати або чимось іншим займатися?

Після цього він продовжив обговорення питань російською мовою.

 

Стаття 12 Закону України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної" свідчить про те, що робочою мовою діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування, у тому числі мовою засідань, заходів, зустрічей, документообігу та діловодства, є державна мова.
