Відоме американське видання Foreign Policy виправило інтерв'ю з першим заступником голови моніторингової місії ОБСЄ на Донбасі Александром Хугом – видалили цитату, де він каже, що прямих доказів присутності росіян у лавах бойовиків в ОБСЄ немає.
Про це йдеться в матеріалі "Підраховуючи мертвих у забутій війні в Європі", пише Українська правда
В оригінальній версії статті наводились слова Хуга, що ОБСЄ не бачили прямих доказів вторгнення Росії до Східної України, але згодом журналіст видалив цей шматок з поміткою "Виправлено".
"Ми видалили це зауваження, оскільки воно не передавало його (Хуга – ред.) точку зору", - пояснює автор інтерв'ю.
25 жовтня Foreign Policy опублікувало інтерв'ю з Хугом, в якому той розповів, що моніторингова місія бачить, як колони техніки їдуть з РФ на Донбас, проте припускає, що люди в російській формі в ОРДЛО можуть і не бути росіянами.
