У російському Новосибірську збудували ковзанку, форма якого схожа на пеніс. Мерія, попри скарги мешканців, відмовилася його перебудовувати.

Фотограф Слави Степанова вирішив зняти святкову ялинку з висоти пташиного польоту. Коли він побачив кадри, то помітив дивну форму ковзанки. Фотографіями він поділився у Facebook. Мешканців такий вигляд обурив ковзанки обурив. Вони прозвали її “фалічним символом міста” і “новорічним посланням влади народу”. 

Віце-мер Новосибірська Анна Терешкова заявила, що переробляти ковзанку не будуть, а також далала, що “справжнє мистецтво має порушувати”. Мер Анатолій Локоть підтримав колегу.

"У психіатрії є такий тест, коли запрошують і показують різні плями. У зв'язку з цим визначають різні нахили, хто до чого схильний”, - сказав він.
