Вечером 24 июня во время прохождения колонны военной техники по улице Орловской мужчина вышел на разделительную полосу и снял штаны. Мужчина полностью оголил гениталии и некоторое время характерно демонстрировал их проезжающим мимо военным.

Мужчина уже собирался уходить, когда к нему подошел сотрудник ГАИ. Короткий диалог завершился оплеухой, которую мужчина отвесил инспектору, у того с головы слетела фуражка.

Был ли мужчина задержан, пока неизвестно.
