В среду, 1 июля, выпускникам горловского Института иностранных языков, которые отказались продолжать обучение в Артемовске, куда переехал вуз после начала АТО, торжественно вручили "дипломы "ДНР".
 
"Документ" представляет из себя лист бумаги формата А4, на котором напечатаны фамилия, имя и отчество выпускника, его специализация и некий серийный номер.
Подлинность "диплома" подтверждается подписью декана и печатью,пишет  Горловский медиа портал.
 
В социальных сетях сторонники самопровозглашенной "ДНР" данную новость встретили неоднозначно. Как следует из комментариев, многие понимают, что такой "диплом" будет котироваться лишь на территории "республики" и надежда у студентов только на обещанные дипломы российского образца.
