Крім працівників "органів юстиції", на церемонії вручення свідоцтв про народження хлопчиків були присутні працівники військкоматів.

Скажімо, у Сімферопольському районному відділі РАГСу підполковник Сергій Глускеру вручив трьом новонародженим хлопчикам "повістки на 24 січня 2032 року". Подібні заходи відбулися у відділах РАГСу на всьому окупованому півострові. "Призвали в армію" близько чотирьох десятків немовлят.
