Директор підприємства Українського товариства сліпих Костянтин Ільницький звернувся до нового голови ОДА Владислава Скальського та першого заступника голови Адміністрації президента Сергія Трофімова. Ільницький наголосив, що він хоче скористатися нагодою і привернути увагу нової влади до підприємства УТОС, яке вже тривалий час переживає не найкращі часи. 

"Сьогодні наше підприємство, де працює 129 сліпих людей, а разом зі зрячими - 200 осіб, знаходиться в дуже плачевному стані. Я дуже прошу, щоб нова влада звернула на це увагу. Міська влада нам допомагає і Владислав Олександрович був у нас на підприємстві рік тому в статусі заступника міського голови, однак хотілося б, щоб влада в цілому на державному рівні допомогла нам - адже місто та область не мають важелів впливу для повноцінної допомоги підприємству товариства сліпих", - сказав Костянтин Ільницький.

Наостанок він подарував новому голові ОДА іграшкового крота, зробленого незрячими працівниками підприємства УТОС. Ільницький порадив Скальському поставити цього крота у себе в кабінеті, щоб ніколи не забувати про потреби людей, що не бачать. 

Також представник незрячих вінничан попросив представника АП Сергія Трофімова передати президенту Зеленському членський квиток Українського товариства сліпих.

"Я розраховував, що сьогодні приїде президент. Статут Товариства сліпих передбачає, що в наші ряди можуть вступати і зрячі люди. Тому ось членський квиток Вінницької обласної організації УТОС на ім'я Володимира Зеленського. Тож тепер він просто зобов'язаний нам допомагати", - сказав Ільницький
