У Росії в Калінінградській поліклініці міської лікарні № 3 ввели опцію "просто запитати". Наголошується, що нововведення з'явилося в електронній черзі два тижні тому, передає РІА Новости з посиланням на Мінохоронздоров'я РФ.

"За цей час ним скористалися понад 500 громадян. Після отримання талона пацієнти підходять до вікна старшого реєстратора", — додали у російському міністерстві. Найчастіше ставлять запитання: як отримати направлення до обласної лікарні, як потрапити на прийом до фахівця, де зробити щеплення, коли приймає той чи інший фахівець.

За даними відомства РФ, опція "просто запитати" є і в інших регіонах.
