У російському місті Благовєщенську на паркані місцевого стадіону «Амур» розмістили банер із американським олімпійським рекордсменом з плавання Майклом Фелпсом.
Утім, дизайнери прибрали з шапочки плавця американський прапор і замінили на російський триколор. Примітно, що прізвище спортсмена при цьому залишили без змін, повідомляє ТСН
