Як зазначає видання, статую представив на огляд публіки в парку Боулінг-Грін рано вранці 27-річний художник Ентоні Скиоли. Автор зобразив Клінтон в непривабливому світлі - обвислою, з непропорційними частинами тіла, з розкритою блузкою і копитами замість ніг. З-за спини Клінтон визирає невеликий чоловічок, який, згідно з задумом Скиоли, символізує банкіра з Уолл-стріт.

Як зазначає New York Daily News, через деякий час до статуї підійшла жінка, яка почала вимагати від стояв поруч художника, щоб той демонтував арт - об'єкт. На аматорських фотографіях і відеозаписах, швидко поширилися в соціальних мережах, відображене, як жінка вступає в бійку з Скиоли, перекидає статую, після чого сідає на неї.

Учасницею перепалки виявилася співробітниця розташованого неподалік музею, яка називала себе Ненсі. Вона була вкрай обурена тим, що сталося.

"Як можна було поставити це поруч з місцем, де я працюю? Я не зобов'язана бачити це", - заявила вона газеті.
