Тверський суд Москви оштрафував опозиційного активіста Ільдара Дадіна, затриманого на Червоній площі за читання конституції РФ.

Дадіна визнали винним в порушенні встановленого порядку організації або проведення зборів, мітингу або пікетування, передає ТСН

Зазначається, що його оштрафували на 20 тисяч рублів.

Зауважимо, що Ільдар Дадін відстежує дії правоохоронців у Росії. Він став єдиною в Росії особою, що була засуджена і ув'язнена за кримінальною статтею про неодноразове порушення правил проведення масових заходів.

Окрім того, Ільдар Дадін неодноразово проводив мирні акції протесту проти президента Росії Володимира Путіна без офіційного дозволу. Він був засуджений до ув'язнення у грудні 2015 року за суперечливим законом, що запровадив кримінальну відповідальність за участь у більш ніж одній несанкціонованій акції протягом 180 днів. У лютому цього року його звільнили після того, як Верховний суд Росії скасував його вирок і вказав закрити справу.

Нагадаємо, 12 травня Дадін і ще кілька людей були затримані на Червоній площі в Москві. За словами адвоката активіста Нікола Зброшенко, опозиціонери читали Конституцію РФ і були затримані за порушення правил пікетування.
